Close to the ceremony, you can stay at Beit Shmuel which is located in the headquarters of the Reform Jewish Congregation.  The hotel itself is nothing special but there is a Reform Jewish cultural center where you can join interesting activities like special city tours (highly recommended but only in Hebrew) and you can join the Shabbat celebration and Israeli singers performances on Friday night.

Yad Ha Shmona a cute finnish village in the Judean mountains, simple built as cottages suited for families.
